Call of Cthulhu

jcfialaWell, my Call of Cthulhu game ended on a bit of a down note this evening. Of my six characters, four of them managed to die while assaulting a ritual being conducted by fifty cultists. One of them was clubbed to death, a second was killed by a stray bullet from another character's Tommy Gun, a third was sliced open with a duelling sabre, and the fourth drowned in the North Sea.
Hopefully, next time they'll learn to think...
(And this is nothing compared to what the survivors are going to have to deal with.)

Date: 2003-07-16 09:22 pm (UTC)I've played Call of Cthulu, although it has been some years. You have to be very careful not to get killed, and not to go insane.
And sometimes, it doesn't help, anyway. :)
