The storm of the decade
Mar. 18th, 2003 10:48 pmUsually, when people say there's going to be feet of snow, I don't believe them. Too often, it's inches of snow, if that. I didn't believe them this time either.
But I believe them now.
Wow! It's been snowing since the middle of the night last night. Snow is being measured in feet - we've got 22" of it here in Denver. I had today off because of the snow, and I've already been called and told not to go in tomorrow. Tammy had to go to work, but was sent home at 2:30. However, when she got here she had so much trouble parking - she's kinda sticking into the middle of the road, but not so far that people can't get around her.
It's kinda neat, though. Having spent the last weekend at Las Vegas (details to come), I'm really enjoying a few lazy days to relax before this weekend comes.
This is kinda neat though.

It is a really pretty storm though. I grew up in the Northeast where this stuff was the norm and I can't want to take pictures today so I show them to everyone back home.
You two be safe today!!!
