Pleasing My Inner Child

Saturday, while my wife was off playing 18xx train games, I decided to treat myself to LEGO. Hopping in the car, I drove off to the Colorado Mills mall, which has an honest-to-goodness LEGO store, where I happily browsed for new stuff and bargains. I decided to pass on the Batman sets, but ended up with a Star Wars A-Wing, a red mecha from their anime-esque line, a bunch of little robots (on sale!), and a little racing truck. And, at the end, the climax of the trip - Lego Ice Tray.

Yes. I can now make ice shaped like little Lego bricks!

My Inner Child is pleased.
