Back onto the wagon I go...

Well, last night my wife and I re-joined Weight Watchers. She came over to work, picked me up, and we went off. I weighed in at 292 - a bit higher than I expected, but still about 70 pounds lighter than when I first joined. Tammy weighed in less than I, but not by much.
After that we went off and celebrated at Applebees, which now has a submenu of WW approved and scored foods. I had a low-calorie version of a fajita plate, while Tammy had shrimp on skewers. After that we went by Safeway to pick up groceries for the week. Did you know they were doing lower-sugar versions of Frosted Flakes and Froot Loops? (On first glance the calories look to be the same, but the serving size in the low-sugar version is larger.) Doesn't taste too bad, really.
So, time to settle down, count the points, and work my way towards thin John. I managed to lose quite a lot before - I know I can do it again.

Weightwise, I'd crept back up to 250. Now at 245, and very slowly declining. So, hang in there...it's doable.
