Ugh. Platelets Draining
Apr. 26th, 2004 11:39 amNote: If you've ever been out on a 36-hour trip to the east coast, don't donate Platelets the day after you get back. Very important.
Note2: If you are giving Platelets, don't drink anything, or your bladder will suddenly become very angry.
Other than note 1 and 2, giving platelets went rather well on Monday. Wasn't able to stay the whole 100 minutes, but I stayed about 80 + 10 for recovery, so that's not too bad, and next time I'll remember note 2. Had fun watching a disc of Card Captor Sakura while I lay there, though.
Apparently a number of people hadn't connected (or seen) my name and Tammy's, and thought she was being awfully attentive to a client. :)
Came home, napped, went out to VB.NET Rocks event, about which I will comment on in
fiala_tech.
