In which the point is driven home...
Nov. 2nd, 2003 04:41 pmWent out shopping for clothes a little today. I'd felt a bit down yesterday and today - dunno, maybe a touch of SAD, maybe just a little too much rushing and not enough sitting still. But I was a bit out.
So, since my clothes don't fit anymore, I went by a store to try and buy some jeans and see what does fit me. I found a nice pair of jeans with a 40 waist that fit me just fine.
40.
I'm sitting in a pair of 52 inch jeans.
I've lost a foot. A freaking foot!
And I can buy clothes in mall stores. I may not step inside of a big & tall store ever again.
Yay me.
