I went in for my Weight Watchers today, and learned that I had dropped 2.2 pounds over the last week, which brings me to having lost a grand total of 75.4 pounds since last December.
Fantastic! I got a nifty new magnet to brag with too.
Next up: losing another 15 pounds will put me at 90 lost, which is half-way to my goal.
