Between Jobs
Aug. 12th, 2007 08:57 amIt's interesting to reflect that technically I'm unemployed this weekend. Just this Friday was the last day at my old job, and I don't start the new one until Tuesday... so for a few days I can sit back and be relaxed and worry-free. It's nice.
The last few days at work were pretty busy - I had a lot of last-minute fixes that popped up, as well as a fair bit of trying to save off what I knew (or even suspected) about the systems for future use by Eric and all. But I'm glad to be done with it - I hadn't been enjoying the job in any way for a while, and I'm happily looking forward to my new job.
Unfortunately, I was so tired out by my last day at work that I totally blew off the anime meetup... oh, well.. They can't kick me out, I pay for it. :)
