A momentary attack of the cold
Mar. 17th, 2004 04:52 pmBleh. Spring colds are not fun. Went out yesterday to mail out the DASFAx, and came back with a bug, I guess, because I was soon headachy, tired, and grumpy as heck. Didn't even go to my game that night - just went to bed.
Bleh.
But today I've been better - got to meet up with an old work friend for lunch, which was pleasant, and then went by my favorite bookstore, where I got a few books and worked an hour or so at the counter while Keith (the owner) did some errands. But I got this really *cool* children's book about flying cats by Ursula K. Leguin... wait a moment - here it is: Catwings. The writing is naturally good, and the artwork is fantastic.
Then, when I got home, a promising phone call about maybe a job. Or at least, maybe an interview. :)
I'm really looking forward to tomorrow - DevDays arrives in Denver. All I need to know about Web Security in ASP.NET. I can't wait!
