jcfialaWell, things went well at Weight Watchers last night.
I lost a further 2.6 pounds, leaving me at an even 313. My wife lost 3.8 pounds, which meant that she had lost 20 pounds - each 5 pounds is an accomplishment at Weight Watchers, so she got a bookmark with some stars on it.
Just keep losing it!
