Denvention: Hotels filling up...

It's interesting, watching commentary on livejournal over Denvention (the 2008 World Science Fiction Convention) having it's hotel rooms filling up quickly. I'm pretty glad that I live here and don't have to worry about that sort of thing. And if a friend from out of town asks me, I've got room to put one or two of them. It's nice.

In other news, I've got a bed for Drupalcon - a friend of mine at work has set up an apartment for us to rent for a week, near to the con and with a pretty cheap rate for the week or so. It'll be nice to see Boston again.

mmmm... Dunkin Donuts coffee for reasonable prices... We brought back a few lbs when we were there in December - good stuff!

I may even use public transit to get to and from my apartment. Maybe.

Though having a place to change downtown would be nice.

Public transit is likely for me as well. The 1 goes right by my house, and ends up downtown at the Market Street Station. Zip down the mall bus, and there you go.
