Yay Ebay! (Anime)

Well, yesterday I got the rest of Marmelade Boy - Scrapbook Collections two and three,which I believe covers to the end of the series, replacing my fansubs with happy little DVDs. I don't like the dubbing of some of the voices myself, but that's fine - the joy of DVDs is that it's sub and dub!

Squee. 80's teen romance is mine!

Erik and I don't do a whole lot of anime purchases through ebay... we're still pretty new to the whole anime thing. We've been fans for years, but only just now starting to actually collect... it's hard to know if the bit we're reading on a particular show is something we want to own or just rent or whatever. So, we've picked the brain of a friend of our's (he's /very/ heavily in to anime)... and he's even let us borrow some of his stuff - stuff we'll probably end up purchasing in the future. :)

Anyway, what I'm saying is... I'm glad you're having luck with getting what you want from Ebay in regards to your anime! :)

Netflix is often a good idea for trying out anime before buying it. In this case I had fansubs before, so I knew I (and Tammy) liked the show.
