Water - From the Sky!!

Water is somehow falling out of the sky in little drops. This is really scary - water is supposed to lay around on the ground and get dried by the hellacious 95 degree temperatures that we've been 'enjoying'. How did it get into the air?

We must sacrifice something to the sky-gods before everyone drowns!
