Ah! Some good news today.

The really good news is that Tammy's gotten a job at Echostar. It's only $11/hour, but that with my unemployment turns my severance money into several months of survival. *breathes big sigh of relief*

And the somewhat good news is I got a callback today. The lady who called didn't think I was suited for the position in question (which I agree with), but seemed to think I was a dead cinch for a lower position. They don't have any openings right now, but I am instructed to watch for one and call her if I see it.

So - things are a little better, and I have much more to be thankful for tomorrow than I had expected.

Congrats. And hey that's near me so if Tammy wants to do lunch sometime when I have one of my random days off work that would work out nicely. Maybe. Me with random thoughts.
