Cleaning up
Mar. 10th, 2008 08:58 amOne of the joys of a long trip is returning home to discover that you've got to do the dishes, run the laundry, and clean the house. And since I'm hosting a Dr. Who meetup this Saturday, last weekend involved a fair bit of just going through junk that had piled up around the house. Old paperwork, mostly - I saw a lot of inexplicably saved bills from 2005 and 2006 head into the trash.
But it felt good - I did get the dishes done, and the clothes from my trip washed, and the house cleaned... somewhat. And I also got Ubuntu installed on my new laptop, although I don't have the wireless working yet. (Hope springs eternal.) And I got my main toon on WoW up to level 65, which felt good in it's own right. Yay me!
Now, if I could just scare off this itchy throat...
