Learning Pente all over again...

So, I recently had a friend (who's overseas) point me to www.pente.net - a place where two people can play a game of pente over the web. You drop by, make your moves, and then leave the site and wait. When your opponent has moved, you get a reminder email and go in to make your own moves. It's a lot of fun.

And... I'm getting my ass kicked, honestly. I like to think I"m generally fairly good at games, but at this one I keep managing to fail. So, I've got to go slower and work my way through it and really try to learn what I'm doing.
