The pounds keep leaving
Mar. 24th, 2003 05:40 pmWell, I haven't mentioned my weight loss in a little while. There's a reason for that - two weeks ago I didn't go to WW because I went to Las Vegas instead. And last week I did go, but I'd misplaced my logbook because of the Vegas trip.
But I've gotten that all straightened up. Over that two-week period, I lost 1.4 pounds, which brings my official weight down to 320. I know 1.4 sounds small, but it's really not. The goal here is to ease my lifestyle down to the point where once I meet my goal, I'll stay there.
I also weighed myself this morning at the athletic club, and came up as 306 pounds. That's in the morning, before I get dressed after my shower and have any breakfast, so it's not a surprise that it's so low. But it's a good sign - That's so very close to being under 300 pounds, which is a big milestone for me, even if it doesn't count for Weight Watchers.
Just gotta keep going at it!
